Land of Fire

The Fire country is marked by forests, helping to give rise to its ninja village "hiding in its leaves". The Fire Country is one of the largest ninja countries, sharing borders with more countries than any other. The Land of Fire is appropriately oriented towards the element of fire, typically having very bright and warm weather.

Land of Craftsman

The Land of Craftsman is known for its skills in making weaponry, many of which are sold to the ninja villages of the world. The land possess many items that are not shared with the villages.

Land of Water

The Land of Water is composed of many islands, with each having its own unique traditions. The country's weather is typically cool and full of mist and lakes. It is remote from the continent containing the other four major countries.

Land of Rice Fields

The Rice Field country is marked by forests and rice fields. It is inhabited by small villages that harvest materials for survival. The Emperor believes that the Land of Rice's resources will never be depleted.

Land of Rivers

The Land of Rivers is marked by mountains, forests and rivers. Due to the vast amount of rivers in the country, It is easy to travel to other lands. The Land of Rivers also has a rich supply of Gold within it's caves.

Land of Wind

The Land of Wind is a large, dry, and desolate country whose cities are found near water sources. The country covers a vast realm, but that realm is largely composed of deserts. Despite the country's extremely harsh environment, it has a large population.

Land of Grass

The Grass country contains some of the more widely varied landscapes in the series, with forests, grasslands, mountains, rivers and bamboo thickets dotting it. Many rare plants and beast reside in this land.

Land of Snow

The Snow country is a small island constantly experiencing winter. The Land of Snow possesses an unusually advanced level of technology when compared to other countries; however, they do not wish to share the technology. The only way to reach this island is by boat.

Land of Earth

The country is mostly comprised of desolate, rocky areas. The border of the Land of Earth runs along a rocky mountain range, blocking communication with other countries. The wind blowing from the north passes over these mountains, carrying small rocks from the Land of Earth to the surrounding countries. This famous natural phenomenon is called "Rock Rain"

Land of Iron

The Iron Country is a small neutral land formed by three mountains called the "Three Wolves." It maintains a unique culture due to the use of samurai rather than Ninja. Its mines run deep with precious minerals thus allowing the Land to excel in crafting

Land of Rain

The country resembles most of the other countries, with forests dotting the landscape. It is unknown why the country is called Rain; it may be due to seasonal showers which give the region more rainfall than other countries. The Land also is border to the vast Ocean.

Land of Lightning

The Land of Lightning is located on a peninsula north-east of the Land of Fire. In the centre of the country are vast mountain ranges, whose many thunderstorms are said to give the country its name. From these mountain ranges, many rivers flow to the sea, creating a very crooked coastline that displays an impressive oceanic beauty. There are many hot springs located within the country.

Land of Shadows

A Land far away from the rest of the world. It is home to the Village Hidden In the Shadows. They appear to be rebelling against the Empire. No one has ever returned alive from the Land of Shadows. Some Believe it is the resting place of ancient powers.
